  • Call friends and family who have the Alexa app or an Echo device.
  • Privacy controls: built with multiple layers of privacy controls including a mic off button.

HOW IT WORKS

Points Redemption

Once the Mega Reward is available, users may simply redeem it if they have the required number of points.
Users will earn points by achieving goals, completing challenges, and competing on the leaderboard.

 

Progress Tracking

Progress will be tracked in real time through the INGO Health app.

 

Getting Your Reward

The winners will be contacted via email using the personal information provided in the INGO Health app. They will be asked the following:

  • Delivery address.
  • Color of choice.

RULES & ELIGIBILITY

You are not eligible to redeem this Mega Reward if you do not or cannot comply with these rules.

  • The Mega Reward is only redeemable by legal residents of the United Arab Emirates who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
  • Only addresses in the UAE will be eligible for the Mega Reward.
  • To redeem the Mega Reward, a user must download and register on the free INGO Health App. No purchase is necessary.
  • It is available to all new and old INGO Health app users.
  • As a condition for receiving the reward, the user hereby grants INGO Health permission to use their name on social media and other promotional materials for marketing and advertising purposes.
  • The following people are excluded from winning the prize:
  1. Employees of CME.
  2. Members of their immediate family.

All expenses not clearly stated are the exclusive responsibility of the users. Except at INGO Health's sole discretion, no substitute (of equal or higher value), cash redemption, or prize transfer is authorized.  If a Mega Reward is unable to be granted for any reason, INGO Health maintains the right to replace another Mega Reward of similar or greater value or restore the entirety of the points.
