Once the Mega Reward is available for redemption, users may simply redeem it if they have the required number of points.

Users will earn points by achieving goals, completing challenges, and competing on the leaderboard.

RULES & ELIGIBILITY

You are eligible to redeem this Mega Reward if you comply with the following rules:

  • The Mega Reward is only redeemable by legal residents of the United Arab Emirates who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
  • Only addresses in the UAE will be eligible for the Mega Reward.
  • To redeem the Mega Reward, a user must download and register on the free app. No purchase is necessary.
  • The Mega Reward is available to all new and old app users.
  • As a condition for receiving the reward, the user hereby grants permission to use their name and picture on social media and other promotional materials for marketing and advertising purposes.
  • The following people are excluded from winning the Mega Reward:
  1. Employees of CME.
  2. Members of their immediate family.

All expenses not clearly stated are the exclusive responsibility of the users. Except at our sole discretion, no substitute (of equal or higher value), cash redemption, or prize transfer is authorized. If a Mega Reward is unable to be granted for any reason,  we maintains the right to replace another Mega Reward of similar or greater value or restore the entirety of the points.

We opposes cheating and promotes fair play throughout our platform and marketplace. Manipulation of activity data, such as utilizing external apps or unwanted ways to enhance your activity stats, will result in instant exclusion from the Mega Reward.

Important information:
  • No children under the age of 12 will be admitted to the TNA and animal encounter activities unless they are accompanied by paying adult age 16 years or above.
  • Not applicable for people of determination.
  • Kids must be above 1 year old to participate in the glass bottom boat activity.
  • Pregnant guests are not allowed to participate in the glass bottom boat activity.
  • Guests must be able to ascend and descend stairs to access the boat area.
  • Participants must be able to wear a life jacket during the glass bottom boat activity.
